HOWEVER, if we announce a delayed opening for any reason during a morning reservation time, you will be expected to simply show up later in the day, up to an hour before close. No need to contact us UNLESS you'd like to reschedule to a different date, then email [email protected]
In order to change the date or time of your reservation, create and log into your account from the home page of our website. Click "Manage Tickets/Reservation" - Must use email associated with ticket order! You have until 11PM the night before your ticket date to change your reservation. You cannot refund yourself.
Refund requests must be made 24 hours in advance of your ticket date and time.
**ABSOLUTELY NO refunds for "No Shows" OR less than 24 hour cancellation notice provided to the email above. **
