In case of rain or unforeseen circumstances when Milburn Orchards will need to close the Fall Festival for the day, we will gladly send you an Admin Coupon Code (valued at your original purchase) to register for another Festival date.

You are able to change the date and time of your own reservation until 11PM the night before your selected date. Click "Manage Tickets/Reservation" on our website.
In order to change the date or time of your reservation, create and log into your account from the home page of our website. Click "Manage Tickets/Reservation" - Must use email associated with ticket order! You have until 11PM the night before your ticket date to change your reservation. You cannot refund yourself. If moving tickets to a date with a higher admission price, you are responsible for paying the difference.
Refund requests must be made 24 hours in advance of your ticket date and time.
**ABSOLUTELY NO refunds for "No Shows" OR less than 24 hour cancellation notice provided to the email above. **
