I understand the above listed hours, and will enter the festival within 1 hour of my time slot selection. I understand that hayrides and any available extra activities/vendors/festival food locations close within 10-30 minutes of the last entrance time.

Reschedule and cancellation requests must be made 24 hours before your ticket date and time. You will be sent a coupon code valid for the same dollar amount to reschedule for another festival date. Email [email protected] with reschedule requests. No refunds for no shows.

In the event of rain when Milburn Orchards will have to close for the day, all ticketholders will be sent a coupon code via email to reschedule their tickets for another festival date.

By purchasing tickets, you acknowledge that all sales are subject to our above ticket policies. You understand that Milburn Orchards is a working farm and that participation in agritourism activities involves inherent risks, including uneven terrain, weather conditions, farm equipment, animals, and other natural hazards. By entering the property, you voluntarily assume these inherent risks for yourself and all members of your party.

Pets/ESA are not permitted on the property. Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law. Outside food and beverage and unplanned birthday parties or photo sessions are not permitted on Milburn property. Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and are expected to follow all posted rules and staff instructions. Milburn Orchards reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or violates farm policies, without refund.
